Effective date: July 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Mikvah Monitor service at mikvahmonitor.com, operated by KlassKeep LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Mikvah Monitor is a non-commercial service that monitors mikvah water temperature and sends alerts by phone call, push notification, email, and — where enabled — text message.
Mikvah Monitor is provided as a helpful monitoring tool. It depends on internet connectivity, electrical power, sensor hardware, and third-party services (hosting, telephone, email), any of which can fail. It is not a guarantee that an alert will always reach you, and it does not replace your own responsibility to maintain and physically check the mikvah. You remain fully responsible for the safe and proper operation of your mikvah.
Use the service only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to access other mikvahs' data, interfere with or disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
If you opt in to SMS alerts, you consent to receive automated text alerts from Mikvah Monitor. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or reliability of alerts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlassKeep LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service — including missed, delayed, or failed alerts, or any service interruption. Because this is a free, non-commercial service, you use it at your own risk.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of <your state, e.g. New Jersey>, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
