Mikvah Monitor ("we," "us," "our") operates the water-temperature monitoring service at mikvahmonitor.com. Mikvah Monitor is operated by KlassKeep LLC as a non-commercial service. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We use information only to operate the service: to show readings and history, to send alerts, and to manage accounts and settings. We do not use it for advertising.
If you opt in to receive text-message alerts, we use your phone number only to send those alerts and related service messages.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the system work — for example our hosting provider, our email-sending provider, and our telephone/SMS provider — and only as needed to deliver the service. Those providers may use the information only to provide their services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
Alerts and account emails are sent from [email protected]. We use your email address only for service and alert messages.
We keep temperature readings and account information for as long as the account is active or as needed to operate the service. You can ask us to delete account information by contacting us.
We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls that keep each mikvah's data separate. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures.
The service is intended for adults responsible for mikvah operations and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
